1. Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options. 

Can I cancel my order after placing it? 

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, and we will confirm if any modifications may be possible. After this period, modifications may not be possible.

What types of pet accessories do you offer?

At Just4Pets, we provide a curated selection of high-quality pet accessories designed to enhance your pet's well-being. Our offerings include innovative feeding solutions like tilted pet bowls that promote healthier eating habits, as well as stylish drinking water fountains and automatic feeders suitable for both cats and small dogs.

How can I ensure my pet's safety with your products?

We prioritize your pet's safety, and all our products are carefully selected and tested to ensure it meets high standards of quality and safety, as well as being pet-friendly, so you can feel confident in your purchase.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications. We'll notify you as soon as the item is available again.

3.Returns & Refunds 

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items. If you need to return an item, it must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you're not satisfied, you can return your product within this period for a refund.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

If the item is low in value or the return shipping cost is high, please consider keeping the product or gifting it to a friend- we're happy to help you decide what's best.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please email us at info23@just4pets.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process. 

When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. 

4.Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across the United Kingdom and to selected EU countries. Our EU shipping destinations include: Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Spain. 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We offer free standard shipping. Due to high demand, orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive. We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track it on our website using the order number or tracking link. 

Can I exchange an item? 

Yes! The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one. Just reach out to us for assistance with the return process.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info23@just4pets.uk so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We now offer international shipping to selected EU countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location and the items in your order. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Full shipping details will be provided at checkout.
